Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold by ViralLiveTok are digital downloads. Because the product is delivered electronically and is immediately accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download has been accessed.

This is standard practice for digital goods, consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), which excludes digital content from the right of withdrawal once the consumer has started downloading it and has given prior consent.

2. When We Do Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The product does not work as described — if you can demonstrate a technical fault that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours of reporting.
• Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Product not delivered — if your download link was never provided after payment was confirmed.

3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after downloading the product.
• You purchased the product by mistake but have already accessed the download.
• The game did not produce the viewer count or income results you expected (results vary by streamer and audience).
• Your device or browser is incompatible — please check requirements before purchasing.
• You violated the Terms of Use.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with:

• Your PayPal transaction ID or order confirmation.
• A description of the issue you experienced.
• Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the problem (if applicable).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
